"Skulls and Hearts is a series of Slip cast porcelain assemblage pieces which play with the idea that we are usually distanced from and are repelled by the physicality of death. The idea of offering up a heart on a plate with a sweet or pudding, or as a soap dish is challenging that preconception in a lighthearted way."
